Because much of the design work has already been completed, these homes give you a significant head start. Instead of beginning with a blank page, you can start with a proven design and focus your time on making it work for you.

Modify a Featured Design
A Featured Design is your starting point, not a set of rules.
Depending on the home and the changes you have in mind, our team can modify the plan to better fit your property, family, and priorities.
You may want to adjust a room, rework part of the layout, add space, change an exterior detail, or make another thoughtful modification.
By beginning with an existing design rather than starting completely from scratch, you can still preserve many of the efficiencies that make the Curated Home Experience so valuable.

If none of the homes in the collection is quite right, we can create a floor plan around your needs and then guide you through the Curated Home Experience.
You’ll have more design work on the front end than someone beginning with a Featured Design, but once your plan is established, the same guided approach helps simplify selections and keep the process moving.
