MEET THE TEAM

  • Frank was raised in Phoenix, Arizona and is married to his longtime love and college sweetheart Kelly. They have three wonderful children Bethany, Seth, and Caleb. He graduated from Shadow Mountain high school and received his undergraduate degree in Business Finance from Florida Southern College where he played baseball. Frank worked at Hughes Supply for a year and really felt that he was meant to work outside with his hands. Although he had no experience working on homes he applied for a construction laborer position for a local contractor. After a year at that company, he realized that he found his passion. So in 1991 he founded Frank Good Builders and has been working for the company ever since. Frank has built and renovated over 200 homes during his career. His current role at the company is our Construction Manager and he will be right out there in the dirt and dust obsessing over the smallest details and maintaining the highest quality standards to ensure everything keeps moving forward smoothly on your new home.

FRANK GOOD

  • Seth was born and raised in Amherst, Virginia. He and his wife Britney have four beautiful children Lilyana, Luka, Jayce, and Nyko. He graduated from Liberty Christian Academy and went on to study at Liberty University. Seth cut his time at Liberty University short to join Frank Good Builders. He has been with the company since 2011 and grew up learning the construction trade. Seth’s passion is creating an enjoyable customer experience throughout the entire building process. He prides himself on guiding clients throughout their journey in creating their one of a kind dream home. His continuous focus on the day to day operations of the business is instrumental to the success of Frank Good Builders. Seth is also a licensed real estate agent.

TREY STILLMAN

  • Trey was raised in Lancaster, VA in a small coastal community. He learned the trade of construction under his father who owns a marine construction business. He graduated from Lancaster High School, and continued on to earn a degree in Fire Science and as a Paramedic. In 2013, He moved to Lynchburg in pursuit of a career in Fire and EMS, but continued his trade in carpentry as a secondary passion. Trey started with FGB In 2018 as a part time laborer, and recently decided, after several years of balancing two careers, to join the team full time as a superintendent in 2019. He is a proud father of a beautiful daughter named Abigail. His passion and focus is on the finish work of each job, and is fueled by witnessing the daily progress of each home.

CHASE MAURHOFF

  • Chase is from Nelson County Virginia where he lives with his wife, Abbie and two kids, Carter and Anna. Chase Graduated from Liberty University with a degree in business and a minor in HVAC technical studies. Chase has worked in both residential and commercial construction since 2007 and has held a construction management role since 2014. Frank Good Builders first came to know Chase in 2019 when he acted as the general contractor for construction of his own home and utilized FGB for a portion of the work. Since coming on board with FGB in February of 2022, Chase has played an essential role in the growth and development of the company and we look forward to that continuing!

CLAY SUMPTER

  • Clay’s hometown is Williamsburg, Virginia, and it was there he first discovered his passion for the construction industry. Every summer, he worked as a laborer in the field, and it was through this experience he became interested in pursuing a career in construction. Currently, Clay is enrolled at Liberty University studying Project Management and taking trade classes. He is determined to broaden his knowledge base and expertise. As he approaches the end of his academic journey, Clay has joined the FGB team as a Project Coordinator and looks forward to putting his skills into practice while contributing to the building process. Enthusiasm for opportunities to enhance his technical and managerial skills drives his work ethic at FGB. Clay looks forward to making contributions toward the continued growth and success of Frank Good Builders.

JUSTIN LOWEN

  • Justin Lowen was born in Blacksburg Virginia and raised in Selma Virginia. After years of landscaping, automotive work, and various positions in hospitality, Justin developed an interest for construction that began with his career in Lynchburg Virginia as an iron worker. With the development of his new home, thanks to Frank Good Builders, Justin established a passion for new home construction. In his free time, Justin enjoys learning new skills, golfing, and spending time with his family.

ANDREW ROBINSON

  • Andrew was born and raised in Lynchburg, VA in a hardworking Christian home just off Fort Avenue. He is primarily a woodworker but has almost a decade of old home rehab experience and has a wide variety of trade skills. He aims to learn and grow each day on and off the jobsite. In his free time, Andrew enjoys hiking, biking, reading, and spending time with his wife Bailey.

TYLER GRACHAN, CPA

  • Tyler is a Bedford County native, proud husband, and father of two. With a background that includes service in the United States Marine Corps, Tyler's commitment to excellence has been evident from the start. A graduate of James Madison University and a certified CPA, he rose through the ranks of public accounting to become a partner in a local firm. His expertise spans job cost accounting and governmental accounting for major construction endeavors. Beyond the office, Tyler finds joy in woodworking, hunting, fishing, photography, guitar playing, drone piloting, cooking, and continuous learning.

ASHLEIGH COX

  • Ashleigh was born and raised in the Altavista area, now residing in Forest with her family. She has four older brothers and is the blessed aunt of fourteen nieces and nephews. During high school she began a tutoring service for international children; after graduation, she also spent several years teaching pre-kindergarten at a local Christian school. Ashleigh’s position as staff accountant has proven enjoyable for her. Some of her interests include traveling, interior decorating, antiquing, crafting, and playing piano.

APRIL HILL

  • April was born and raised in Altavista, VA where she still resides with her husband Steve, and her children. She has always had a heart for children and worked many years as a preschool teacher at her local YMCA and taught art to ages 2–7th grade. April had her own floral design business and a furniture restoration business after the closing of her first accounting job at the Lane Company, and later worked in retail management. Her interests include shelling at the beach, photography, traveling, and spending time with her family.

PHILIP DUNAGAN

  • Philip was born and raised in Mosier, Oregon, a little town in the scenic Pacific Northwest and was the youngest of seven siblings. Since the age of 14 Philip has been working in the construction industry and has worked on homes, hotels, and apartment complexes. After Philip finished high school, he moved to Lynchburg in 2018 to pursue a degree in Business Administration, and while he was there, he met his wife, Hannah. Philip enjoys Hiking, Fishing, and Skiing/Snowboarding, and has a degree in Business Administration

WADE CAMPBELL

  • Wade is a lifelong local from the Madison Heights area of Amherst County. He attended George Mason University for a while and graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Creativity and design followed him through early jobs from low voltage alarm and communications design and installation to the technical director and occasional DJ for a local night club. Wade comes to us most recently as a videographer, producer and creative manager with a local television station. He's looking forward to expanding his creative application to designing outstanding homes for everyone. Wade currently lives in Madison Heights with his wife and enjoys photography and videography, motorcycling around Virgina, board games of many types and time with his wife, daughter and friends.

SAGE RICHARDSON

  • Sage was born and raised just south of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has been fascinated by architecture since the age of 12. Growing up, one would find him building legos or small woodworking projects around the house. He designed his first floor plan at 13, and had his heart set on becoming an architect. As life unfolds, Sage found himself working different trades, and going in and out of college at times. At the age of 23 he decided to go back and finish an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Design at ITI College in Baton Rouge, LA. He graduated the top of his class in spring of 2023, married his wife Amanda, and moved to Lynchburg, VA to join the Paragon team.

BRITNEY GOOD

  • Britney was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. She moved to Lynchburg in 2009 and graduated from Liberty Christian Academy, where she met her husband, Seth. They now have two beautiful children, Lilyana and Luka and became foster parents in 2019. She attended Liberty University where she received her undergraduate degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Interior Design. She has been assisting Frank Good Builders with marketing and design for 5 years. Britney is now Frank Good Builders’ Design/Selections Coordinator. Her passion is to help clients create spaces that they adore by ensuring a smooth and FUN process along the way! She encourages clients to explore their creativity and put their own personal touch into each room. She is organized and will keep the project moving in a timely fashion, while staying in budget.

LAURA LITCHFORD

  • Laura was born in Howell, New Jersey but spent most of her life trading the salt air of the Jersey Shore for the mountains of Central Virginia where she now resides with her Husband, daughter Olivia and two dogs. She’s a Liberty University graduate with a degree in Communications and a concentration in broadcast television. For the last 10 years, Laura has worked on the technical design side of television creating commercials for local businesses, events and organizations. In 2019, Laura dove head first into personalizing their first home, developed an excitement for interior design and decided that is where she belongs. When not watching new design trends, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family. Laura is excited to broaden her knowledge in new construction selections and provide guidance to clients through the process.
