Establish Financing

The first step in the building process is establishing financing for the project. We have personal relationships with multiple financial institutions in the area and can help assist with securing financing that is right for you. Check out our financing page for more details.

Preliminary Design

The second step is figuring out what house plan and design is right for you. We will help you find a house plan fit your budget. We also offer house plans that we have built in the past and completed homes that you would be able to view. Once you have found a house plan we will have you fill out our wish list form. That wish list form includes items ranging from appliances selection to lighting fixtures. The wish list form will help us give you a rough estimate to ensure that you will be within budget.

Final Drawings

The third step is finalizing the house plan and modifications.

Cost and Budget

The fourth step is putting together our final detailed estimate and bid for the custom build. Once the estimate is ironed out we will have you sign our building contract.

Construction

The fifth step is to begin construction.
